Most importantly, please alert us as early as possible so that we can work a plan to keep everyone safe.
After that, we can provide you with two options:
The attendance and cancellation policies still apply, so if you choose not to attend in person, make sure that you take advantage of everything your package offers.
The deadline to pay for the onsite Roundtable is 7 (or more) days before the onsite Roundtable. If you only paid the $200 deposit to hold your spot, now is the time to confirm you’ll be at the Roundtable by paying the remaining balance of $1800 or opting for the monthly payments of $800 for three months. If you don’t pay by this deadline, your spot will go to somebody else and you’ll lose your deposit. Don’t let that happen because we can’t wait to see you!
There will be an option for virtual attendance ONLY if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed and are awaiting test results.
We can accept checks only for full payment and payment must be received more than 7 days before the onsite Roundtable. We only accept debit or credit cards if you choose the monthly installments. The same card will be charged each time unless you provide other card information prior to the first of the month.
For starters, you’ll unfortunately lose your $200 deposit.
If you cancel more than 7 days from the onsite Roundtable, we’ll refund your card whatever you paid (minus that $200 deposit) within 30 days of your cancellation request.
If you cancel less than 7 days from the onsite Roundtable (after paying the balance or the first month’s installment), we’ll refund your card for whatever you paid (minus that $200 deposit and an administrative fee of $500) within 30 days of your cancellation request.
We REALLY don’t want you to do that!
If you don’t communicate your cancellation and you have chosen the monthly option, the previous payments you have made will be forfeited and the contract will be cancelled altogether. If you paid the full balance in time, we’ll contact you when you don’t show up. We may have some options for you because you paid the full amount!
Your contract is fulfilled even if you choose not to attend the scheduled Virtual Cohorts, don’t participate in the Facebook group, or don’t respond to our requests to schedule your 1:1 session during that 12-week contract period.
If you pay monthly, we’ll still debit your card for the two following months, so get your money’s worth. The Roundtable is most effective for you when you’re chiming in!
We’ll do our best to schedule the Virtual Cohorts when everyone is available, but they will have to be scheduled so that your Coach can be there, of course. These cohorts are scheduled bi-weekly, so hopefully, you’ll be able to make most, if not all, of them!
The private, 60-minute virtual session with your coach has to be scheduled within the 12-week period that your contract is valid. Your coach will contact you to get it on the calendar. If you cancel once, we’ll be happy to reschedule (without a fee) as long as you cancel within 24 hours of the session. If you give less than 24 hours notice or the coach can’t get in touch with you at the time of the session, you’ll be charged a $50 fee.
If you forget again or cancel for a second time, we’ll reschedule, but you’ll get charged a $100 fee.
We won’t be able to reschedule a third time if you cancel or forget, and the 1:1 part of your contract fulfilled.
